Yes. A valid credit card is required to begin your free trial — this is how we activate your account securely via Stripe. However, you will not be charged anything until your 30-day trial period ends. Cancel before day 31 and you owe nothing.
At the end of your 30-day trial, your card on file will be automatically charged for your chosen plan. You'll receive an email reminder before this happens. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made and your account will be deactivated. Your data is retained for 30 days afterward in case you change your mind.
Yes. You can change your billing cycle at any time from your account settings. Switching to yearly will take effect at your next renewal date and save you approximately 17%.
Because we offer a full 30-day free trial, we generally don't issue refunds after a subscription charge has processed. That said, we understand things happen — email us at matthew@escapedirector.com and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

The current Pro plan is scoped to a single location. If you operate multiple venues, contact us — we can work with you on a multi-location arrangement.
