Yes. A valid credit card is required to begin your free trial — this is how we activate your account securely via Stripe. However, you will not be charged anything until your 30-day trial period ends. Cancel before day 31 and you owe nothing.
At the end of your 30-day trial, your card on file will be automatically charged for your chosen plan. You'll receive an email reminder before this happens. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made and your account will be deactivated. Your data is retained for 30 days afterward in case you change your mind.
Yes. Contact support before your next renewal and we'll help you change your billing cycle. Yearly billing saves $99.89 a year — about 17%, or 2 months free.
Because we offer a full 30-day free trial, we generally don't issue refunds after a subscription charge has processed. That said, we understand things happen — email us at support@escapedirector.com and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
