Ask a question from any page and get an answer right away. The assistant knows Escape Director inside out, reads your Analytics for you, and brings in our team whenever you want a person.
Help from every page
Select the assistant next to Help, at the top of every page. Ask how to set up a Room, add a Clue or connect a prop, and it answers in plain words from our guides, with a link if you want to read more.
Ask about your numbers
On Analytics, select Ask about this page. The assistant already knows which Room and dates you're looking at, so just ask: which days need the most Clues, which Puzzle slows groups down, or how a Game Master is doing.
It answers from your own games, and How we got this shows the numbers it used. When your data can't answer a question, it says so. It replaces Ask Analytics, and it now works on every account, including during your free trial.
A person when you need one
Ask for a person at any time. If an answer misses the mark, give it a thumbs down and choose Tell the team. We reply right in the same chat.
When a reply arrives while the chat is closed, the button shows a count. On the Room Dashboard it only shows the count, so nothing pops up in the middle of a game.
Included with your membership
Each Location comes with a monthly assistant allowance, shared by everyone on your account. If you ever use it up, your questions go straight to our team until the next month.
