Prepare the Room on its Room Station before the game. If the internet drops, the Dashboard, Live View, and configured media stay available. When the game ends, its completed session is saved locally first and syncs automatically after the connection returns.

The Room Keeps Running
The clock, prepared Room controls, and Live View remain available on the Room Station during a connection interruption.

Media Stays Available
Configured images, audio, and video are prepared on the Room Station so clues and other presentation media can still play offline.

The Session Saves Locally
When the game ends, its completed session and action history are written to the Room Station before Escape Director attempts delivery.

It Syncs After Reconnection
Once the connection returns, Escape Director automatically retries the saved session so it reaches your history and analytics.
